Perhaps you saved a jewellery photograph for an upcoming wedding, admired a design worn at a family celebration or imagined a particular style to complement your favourite saree.

With KALVIRA Jewellery on Request, you can share your inspiration with us.

Our team will explore the possibility of sourcing the same or a similar design through our jewellery supplier network.

How Does Jewellery on Request Work?

1. Share Your Inspiration

Send us a photograph or reference image of the jewellery you are looking for. It could be a necklace set, statement earrings, traditional jhumkas or another heritage-inspired design.

2. Let KALVIRA Explore

We'll review your request and check whether a suitable design may be available through our suppliers.

3. Discover Your Options

If we find a suitable option, we'll share available photographs, pricing and estimated delivery details so you can decide whether to proceed.

Our Jewellery on Request service is available for enquiries throughout the year, making it relevant for weddings, festive occasions, gifting and personal celebrations.

Introducing the KALVIRA 6-Month Jewellery Care Promise

Beautiful jewellery deserves thoughtful care.

Artificial jewellery, including gold-tone, antique-finish and plated designs, benefits from careful handling, proper storage and protection from moisture, perfumes and harsh chemicals.

To provide additional support to our customers, KALVIRA introduced its 6-Month Jewellery Care Promise, effective 29 October 2026.

What Does the Jewellery Care Promise Cover?

Our care promise provides support for eligible cases of unusual colour fading or plating deterioration that occur despite normal and careful use.

Each request is assessed individually, taking into consideration the jewellery's condition, usage and care.

For an approved request, KALVIRA may arrange an appropriate remedy, including repair, replating or replacement, depending on feasibility and availability.

How Does Shipping Work?

For approved care requests:

The customer pays the shipping cost to send the jewellery to KALVIRA, following our instructions.
KALVIRA bears the cost of the approved remedy.
KALVIRA covers the return shipping cost when sending the serviced or replacement jewellery back to the customer's original delivery address within India.

The promise applies for six months from the delivery date of eligible purchases made on or after 29 October 2026, subject to its terms and conditions.

While customers may enquire about our care service throughout the year, each eligible jewellery purchase has its own six-month coverage period.
